Princeton-based pharmaceutical marketing strategic support firm seeks a full time Project Administrator to manage tasks related to client projects and administrative tasks in support of the senior staff. Candidates must be detail oriented and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to, internet research, obtaining bids for subcontracted work, editing and proofreading documents, trafficking project materials, word processing, recruiting for interviews, phone support, filing, photocopying, coordinating travel, and client entertainment. Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be an articulate team player interested in healthcare and working in a growing entrepreneurial organization. Hours are 9am-6pm Monday – Friday, but flexibility for overtime is required.
