Michele joined Advantage Healthcare Inc. in
April of 2001, was promoted to Director of
Operations in November of 2001 and Chief Operations Officer in June 2005. She oversees the finance,
accounting, information technology, and traffic functions,
in addition to securing and furnishing the necessary human
resources and managerial support for the company’s administrative
staff. Michele works closely with Debbie Glick, the President
of AHI, in implementing procedures and providing the structure
needed to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Michele began her professional career as a staff
auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP in their Roseland, New Jersey
office. After 5 years with Anderson, Michele joined Citibank
as an Assistant Manager in their Corporate Financial Control
Division. She then moved to San Francisco, California, where
she held her first position in the staffing industry as a
Staffing Coordinator for Accountants Plus, a regional specialty
staffing firm. After 3 months with the company, Michele was
promoted to Regional Operations Manager. She returned to the
East Coast 2 years later to accept a position as the Business
Unit Manager for Kforce, a national specialty-staffing firm.
Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting
from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
