Kim joined Advantage Healthcare Inc. in February 2001 as Senior Project Manager, was promoted to Director in January of 2003, and to Senior Director in January 2005. Kim has provided strategic support for portfolio analysis and market/commercial assessments, served in a pro tem marketing and medical support assignments, and has managed a broad range of training and educational initiatives for our pharmaccutical clients. Kim has also been an integral part of the team, developing the international launch plan for an injectable antibiotic, a pricing benchmark study, and several therapeutic market backgrounders. Her projects have been in the appetite stimulation, arthritis, cardiology, central nervous system, diabetes, dermatology, oncology, obesity, substance abuse, and transplantation categories.
During a sabbatical from Advantage Healthcare in 2006, Kim was an assistant teacher for toddlers in a daycare setting. Prior to joining Advantage Healthcare, Kim held positions of increasing responsibilty in account management at PACE, Inc. and in the corporate accounting department at Merck & Co, where she earned her CPA license. In her free time, Kim has chaired a project for a non-profit organization that provides holiday gifts for underprivileged children in New Jersey over the past 10 years.
Kim completed a Healthcare Marketing and Communication Council executive education program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2005. In 2001, Kim completed the Emerging Leader Development Program at Columbia University Graduate School of Business. She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Hartford.
